Guest Rooms and Rates

Guest rooms are located on the second level with wide beautiful stairs and a sitting area on the mid way landing. The main hallway is wide and spacious permitting easy access to guest rooms. Off this main hallway is a side hallway where the Georgian Room is located plus the side hallway provides access to back stairs that leads to the first level in event of an emergency (never had one in over 20 yrs).

• Winter (December 1 to April 30) rates range from $140 to $170 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
• Summer (May 1 to November 30) rates range from $185 to $225 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
• Holidays, holiday weekends and certain special events require a minimum two nights stay.
• Rates are per room -- double or single occupancy (maximum 2 people/room)
• All rates include: All Taxes (note some area hotels charge 11%), Breakfast, and Cable TV. 
• Breakfast - a delicious full breakfast is served at one time, 9 a.m. For those who wish have an earlier breakfast, we will serve a fruit melon plate, cereal, toast, orange juice, tea or coffee. Upon arrival, we will discuss with you breakfast timing and any food allergies.
• Free Wireless Internet available in all guest and public rooms.
• Discount & Corporate Rates; Weekend & Special Occasion Packages
• Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 p.m. We will be glad to make other arrangements with advance notification.
• Check-out: 11:30 a.m.
• Reservations made in advance should be guaranteed with a credit card or 50% cash deposit or check. We accept VISA, Diners Club, Amex or MasterCard.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund.
• We are a non-smoking inn.
• Sorry, due to antique and glassware furnishings, we do not have accommodations for children or pets.
